Members on Jobroller

I want to buy the template Jobroller, but is it possible to get 2 kinds of members, so not only for jobs, also for the job seekers. And I want to allow them to contact each only as a member. So no guests on the site, who can contact or respond on a job and no managers who can contact a jobseeker, whithout being a member.

There are 2 user types in JobRoller by default, employers who can place listings and job seekers who can post resumes. There is however no built in functionality for communication as described, so this would require customization on your part if you were looking to implement this. Thanks.
