JobRoller on Multiste, Members, Roles and Registration

After installing JR on a secondary site on a multisite, I'm looking for info on how to allow existing members of a multisite network, to both submit jobs and also submit resumes. As is, I'm noticing existing members that logged in are automatically seekers and cannot submit jobs. I'm sure this is has been touched on in these forums, but I'm new and i just purchased this theme and this is the most important thing I need jobroller to do well. Can you point me in the right direction please.

I don't need this site to register since the MS already has a registration process for members. I see that there is a selection for employers and seekers, and wondering if that is important in assigning these roles. Is this option available to loggedin users on their dashboards? Any help is appreciated.
