    Red face Force new employees to update resume

    Hi All

    I am new to wp, and editing themes but I am getting the hang of it. I would like to be able to force new employees to the resume update screen right after signup so that they get there cv's on there right off the bat. is there anyway to do this? any help would be really welcome
