How do you monetize the jobroller, like can you charge for signups etc?

JobRoller allows you to charge people to list their jobs, as well as an additional charge for featuring the job listing if you wish. You can also charge a resume subscription which would require employers to pay a subscription fee in order to browse the resumes. These are options already built into the theme, so no customization is required. Thanks.

Can you provide steps on how I can set up employers to pay a subscription fee to broswe resume

If you have set up the site to allow paid subscriptions for resumes, when a non-subscriber tried to "Browse resumes" they will see the following screen:



Once they click on the "Subscribe" button, they are taken through the PayPal payment process, and once the transaction has completed, they will have access to browse the resumes for the duration by which you have set up the subscription settings.
