Need code to purchase

I have signed up for BlueHost Hosting and sent the Login Email to Appthemes.
How long will it be before we receive the code to purchase with you?
If the discount does not work then we will not be needing the Bluehost and we did not want the 3 day cancel period with Bluehost for a refund to be over. If you need to wait till the 3 day cancel deadline with Bluehost is past before giving the code to purchase with AppThemes that is fine I just wanted to know. Thank you!

I can see that the turnaround time is usually within 24 – 48 hours, when did you send the email?

Sent email July 25th about 10 am Central.
