Hello,

Classipress seems to have everything we are looking for, but before we purchase I was wondering how simple it would be to restrict registrations to certain e-mails.

For example, only people from a specific company or website would be allowed to register. If the company was 'acme.com' only people with '*@acme.com' would be able to register and use the site.

Possible?

There is no feature within ClassiPress which allows you to set this, but presumably you could find a plugin or made some customization to do something like this if you wanted to. Alternatively you could simply block all registrations and set up accounts manually from the wp-admin.
