Organizing by Geography

Is there a way, ala Craig's List, to organize listings by Geo? So for example, someone in Jamaica can click Jamaica, and all of the ads will be from Jamaican's posters. If they click Dominican, it would be all Domican ads. We still want all the categories (eg. Auto, Electronics, Music, Books, etc.) but localized versions for various areas. Is this possible with this?

There is nothing built into the theme specifically to handle locations in this manner, so it would require customization on your part if you were looking to achieve something like this. The most likely setup may involve a WordPress multisite setup, with essentially an instance for each location which you would select from a customized landing page. Thanks.
