Need help for organizing the Categories

Hello guys,

I am going to install ClassiPress on another classified site soon. but first i need to organize the Categories and how they are displayed.

I tried to find the option to limit the 3rd Category from being Displayed on home page and in Menu, but couldn't.

Example. this is what i have

1. Property

a. For Sale

i. villa / House

ii. Shop / Office / Commercial

iii. Land / Warehouse

b. For Rent

i. villa / House

ii. Shop / Office / Commercial

iii. Land / Warehouse

2. Electronics

a. Mobile Phones

i. Cell Phones

. Apple

. Nokia

. HTC

ii. Accessories

I want to display 2nd Level Category on home page (e.g, Electronics >> Mobile Phones )and in menu, But when i select from admin panel it displays all the categories including child categories.

2nd thing while posting an ad, the user can select only 2 categories, There is no option to select third level category.
Like if i want to advertise iphone. i will select
Electronics >> Mobile Phones >> Cell Phones >> Apple

But its giving me only option to select till Mobile Phones.
