Phone Number In Registration & Place Ad

Can I setup a additional custom field for phone number in the registration and Place ad forms as I may use an SMS billing system and would like the user's phone number to be posted by the Place ad form to the payment system.

Can I then create new forms for the register page and Place ad page or do I need to amend the code on the pages as they are. By the way what php pages are used for registration and placing ad's.

1 more thing, Is there a file that holds the state info in the place ad page and can this be amended for non US applications.

No default option on the Phone Number In Registration & Place Ad but it can be done my modifying some files as what other users have done.

Yes you can amend the state info using custom fields.
