Possible to add new custom post types?

I'd like to know if it's possible/easy to add new/change the existing custom post types (salary, job typs etc.)

Yes, you can do it in the admin.

So I could make an listing theme for any topic without programming skills...?

To clarify my question - I don't just want to add other salary-vaulues but completely other post types. For example car model instead of job type.

The purpose of JobRoller is primarily for Job Listings, and although you can change some of the job related information from the JobRoller admin, you would also need to make some code customization as well in order to make fields on the job posting form more relevant to something other than jobs.

You may find that ClassiPress is more suited for listings as you can customize the fields in the ad posting form from within the ClassiPress admin dashboard.

A basic knowledge in html, phpand css will definitely come handy.
