Is it possible to have two types of users?

We are a non-profit organization that would like to offer a job board to the members of our organization. Is this theme able two manage two types of customers? (1) Job seekers who post their resumes and review job postings, and (2) members who post jobs and have no access to other member activities within the board? Thank you in advance for your answer

JobRoller already has two different registration types available by default, Employers (who can post job listings), and Job Seekers (who can post resumes but not job listings). You can read more about this on the JobRoller theme information page. Thanks.
