I would like to know if it is possible for a user to upload several adversisements (items to sell) by uploading a file. Is it possible?

Another question:

Is it possible that a user suscribes to a search he has just done, to get an alert in his email when there are new items that matches that search?

Bulk uploading via .csv format can only be done by the admin as there is a tool within the ClassiPress admin dashboard, however this is not available in the front end. Users can subscribe to a specific RSS feed for a category if they wish, and this can generate an email whenever a new listing is posted. Thanks.

I have tried to use the RSS button of a category in your demo site, and there is an error in the site. I have tried this in a couple of websites in your showcase section and I get an error site as well.

Is this a bug which are you working in??

I'm assuming you're using the Google Chrome browser? RSS feeds are not natively handled in Chrome and you need to use an extension for it. There is no bug in the theme itself, it's just a known browser issue (I believe may also occur in some versions of Firefox as well). Thanks.
