There is nothing built into the theme for accepting payments as dscribed, so it would require customization on your part. There is no encryption which would prevent you from making modifications if you wish. AppThemes does not offer customization services, however we do have a
certified partners page if you are looking for developers for hire who are experienced at working with our themes. There is already a membership option built into the theme which allows users to post unlimited ads for a pre-determined price and time frame. Thanks.
