Featured ads query

I have about 25 sticky ads and obviously 5 show up at a time in the Featured Ads carousel. However I checked it and it seems that the carousel shows 6 of those ads in rotation rather than running through the whole 25. When I refresh the page then there is a new 6 that it runs through.

Is there a way to ensure that it goes through all of the sticky ads, rather than just a selected 6? It may be something that I modified myself without realising, or it may be the default setting, but where would I find it to change it?
