Pre-Sales Question: Multiple Locations for Single Business?

Q1: Can a single business have multiple locations --each with unique details/descriptions?

For example, XYZ Auto Parts business has locations in Osh Kosh WI, Pasaic NJ, and Homer AK.

    If so, ...

Q2: Can all the locations be managed under single user account?

Q3: How does a visitor find/view all the locations for a single business?
    - Is the search tool only option?
    - Is there a main business page with links to all locations?
    - Or does a single location entry have links to other locations for this business?

Sorry of this is a duplicate question. I found related questions in other subforums (subfora?), but you have to be a paid customer to view the replies.

    Thanks,

    Steve

When placing a listing initially there is only one map/location field option in which to enter a location, so technically it's not set up to use multiple locations as described. In this situation you could either place multiple listings for the various locations or a more general location on the map and perhaps list the different locations in the description or other custom fields. Otherwise, it would require customization on your part if you wished to allow more than one actual map. Thanks.

So, there's a fixed 1-to-1 relationship between directory entries and locations? Assume to get multiple locations, would just have to create multiple directory entries. If so, a copy function would be nice.

On the administrative side, can a single end user (a directory's business customer with multiple locations) have a single username/login/account to control multiple directory entries?

    Thanks

Yes ultimately that's correct, only one map per listing by default. Yes, if that person has created the listing with their username then they can control/manage those listings under that login. Listings are linked to the listing author. Thanks.
