Once you install WordPress, then the rest is a matter of activating the theme and configuring it. You can read more of the theme documentation
here for a better idea of what is involved in the setup - it's difficult to know exactly how much you could do yourself overall without knowing your level of confidence/knowledge in this area in general, but our themes are designed to be easy to install and setup, and you don't need to be a developer in order to do so. AppThemes doesn't offer customization/installation services, however we do have a
