I am currently using ikiclassifieds script, but is very bad because you can´t control spammers (indian, part time jobs...).

If I buy ClassiPress, there is a really effective way to prevent spam post?

With the script I have now, published 10 or 12 post of spam a day and only 1 or 2 week real post and I have to spend much time reviewing the posts daily spam.

You can block IP addresses or block users en masse?

Classipress includes recaptcha which controls automated spam bots and yes you can use plugins too to block IP addresses or even country range IPs.
