Is it possible to set a pricing package as being a flat monthly rate for as many ads as a user wants to post?

example 40/mo and say USER A posts 15 ads....

example 2 60/mo say USER B posts 15 ads... but all her ads are featured as well.

also possible to limit certain features on listings if they are lower end packages ie no photos, or no link to website, etc

RSS Syndication:

(1) RSS Feed For Each Users/Sellers Listings

(2) RSS Feed For All Listings

(3) RSS Feed For Categories / Sub Cat Listings

(4) RSS Feed For Locations ie States or Countries?

Tweaking out the Listing Page...

Feasible to tweak the right column seller tab area...

So instead of 3 tabs just have 1....

Classipress is currently set up on per ad basis. What you are talking about is some kind of membership type service of which is not yet a feature of Classipress. However, this can be implemented through some custom coding and through the use of membership plugins. Since some users are clamoring for it, there is a possibility that this feature will be included in the next version of Classipress.

RSS Syndication can also be implemented.

Since there are no encrypted codes in Classipress, you can definitely do some tweaking. A knowledge in php and html will definitely come handy but can let other people do it for you if you are not comfortable tinkering with the codes. You can also ask someone in the forum for some help in modifications.

Has there been any progress and/or plans to implement this sort of monthly membership functionality in an upcoming release? My site's business model is similar to this, and I'd jump on board immediately if it was available...

There are plans to hopefully implement a subscription fee setup in the next major release 3.1 due out this month. You may wish to wait until this is released to be sure it is included and works the way you are hoping. I would recommend you follow the Appthemes blog as this is where you'll hear latest announcements etc..
