Purchased a template, cleared by Bank, but still no response from APPSTHEME!!!

I am so dissappointed with my purchasing experience. There is no reason why a download link is not available to access the template in my dashboard. I purchased a template on your website appthemes.com approximately 12 hours ago. I got confirmation from my bank that the payment was cleared and a subsequent email that the funds were taken from my account. I sent you a copy of the bank completed credit card payment and yet 11 hours later, no template is posted in my account.

I am very dissatisfied that your company has not responded to my email. You don't take phone calls, or email. There's no place on your website to voice such an issue so I'm doing it here.

Can you clarify? "the payment gateway is awaiting further verification from you before they can approve the transaction?". What verification?The funds have already been removed from my bank account, I got an email response from both Google payment and as well as my Bank. What else do you want me to do? What kind of response? It's now been 24 hours since I made the purchase.

FYI, yesterday, I order 6 templates from two other websites and was able to download them IMMEDIATELY! I've been ordering templates online for over 17 years now and I've never had a transaction been so difficult as this one. What is the quickest way to get an immediate download and not have these long delays. There is clearly a problem.

Please clarify "We await your response via email regarding your current options". I want the template, that's it! According to you own website, YOU DO NOT HAVE EMAIL OR TELEPHONE SUPPORT, which is very frustrating, so I have to contact you via this forum, Facebook and Twitter.

QUESTION. How long on average does it take to receive a download or for it to show up in the account for the template once its order?

In answer to your last question though, when a customer makes a purchase where the transaction has completed, the theme download is available immediately.
