Template turns white even after deleting and reactiving the theme template

Hi,

I am not sure what happened, I did some changes to the CSS of my child theme, and it seems like the whole screen turns white and with blue and purple links. Even my navigation bar is missing.

I deleted the child theme and parent theme altogether and recopied a new 3.14 theme and activated it again but it seems like the problem is still there, all white out.

I attached a screenshot of my site, please let me know where did i go wrong.
