Q regarding Quality Control

Hello,
I have some questions regarding QC:

- Is there a easy way to ad custom fields toe the "create ticket" form?
- Is it possible to create a ticket by people who are not registered - and assign it to a person?
- Is there an easy way to ad an drop down list to the "assign to" field with all the people who are registered and able to answer tickets?

Hi,
1.custom fields are not supported at the moment, so you cannot modify the "create ticket" with the default installation.
2.You will have to register to assign a ticket
3.This feature is not currently supported either.
