    Question about database

    Hi There,

I'm thinking about purchasing JobRoller. I'm concerned about the searchability of resumes and jobs with large "blobs" of text using MY SQL. In the past, this has been the reason for using MS SQL - i.e., that indexes could be created making it much faster and more efficient to search large "blobs" of text in resumes and jobs. In the past, I've seen MY SQL installations that were painfully slow in doing searches. Is there some way you are able to use MY SQL and get around this problem?

    Thanks,
    Bill

Hi Bill, The search is designed to for keywords, do you have an example of what you mean by "blobs" of text? I'm assuming you mean more than one or two specific keywords? Thanks.
