I am looking at your customer examples of classipress, specifically the Niagara Rents website, this is something that I am looking for, it has alot of subcategories and search options and my question is; is this an example of a $99 classipress ad. Would the options on their site cost any more to do ?

The default theme is what you see on the demo site, so yes they have certainly made some modifications the default theme, specifically with the location options it appears they may have created a subdomain for each region, possibly with the use of a WordPress multisite setup. Also some other layout changes including the header and color scheme.
