If you purchase a standard license and wish to upgrade to a developer license or even the club package at a later time then yes you can do so by paying the difference between license prices, so we will take into account your existing purchase.
Any images used in the default theme are already included within the theme files themselves (standard and developer) in their image format, but they are not all available as .psd files. Thanks.
