Refine Search in Classipress

First of all, I don't understand how to use similsr threads here, becouse it doesn't see the answers to questions...
SO. I'll ask them...
1. I don't understeand if I can build the Refine Search in Classipress?
In Ventage theme (
http://www.appthemes.com/themes/vantage/) you can see it , but in another - NOT???
If yes, so how to put it on front page (home)?
And how to change and put the new categories to search (like Sorting, Distance and more inside the Search Blok?
2. If I'll pay about it and after few days don't happy with it, could I get my money back?
3. And the last...
I have my Joomla site (v1.5).
Are you have some Bridge that connect the members of Joomla site with WordPress Themes?
I want that my login members in Joomla go to WordPress without registration as login members with names from Joomla.
