Regarding Taskerr and freelancerr (Peopleperhour.com)

Actually im really interested to have similar project to peopleperhour.com i mean same business model of allowing freelancers to post their services, and buyers to post thier jobs where freelancers have the ability to send their proposals, so my question is regarding taskerr and freelancerr, which one is more suitable and do you offer customization to make it add several features or edit layout, and if so is there some sort of skype to talk further.

To clarify, Taskerr is a stand alone theme, whilst Freelancerr is a child theme for HireBee (meaning it won't function without HireBee installed first). HireBee itself is designed more for the functionality you mention, however each as their own features which you can review on each theme page. AppThemes doesn't offer customization services, however we do have a certified partners page where you can find developers for hire. Sorry, we do not offer chat/telephone support. Thanks.

Thx pepsi, Now i have couple of other questions,
1- Why both of Taskerr and Hirebee not including much admin options, by another mean for freelancers who would perform certain job and earn money, how he will request a withdrawal and where that option should appear at backend
2- Is the single developer version of script allowing much customization?
3- Do you have clients (live sites) uses hirbee
4- Do you think i can integrate both Hirebee and Taskerr together

In answer to your questions:

1 - Funds aren't paid via the site as you describe, you can read more about these themes here and here, as well as upcoming new payments functionality which may also be of interest explained here.

2 - Yes, our themes are not encrypted, regardless of the license type, so you are free to customize as you wish.

3 - As the theme is newly releases, we have not yet had new sites submitted for our showcase at this time.

4 - Like any of our themes, each one is independent of one another, so if you're looking to use specific features from one and use in another, it would require customization on your part. Using more than one theme on the same site can be done if you were looking to install the themes in subdirectories. Thanks.

How are funds paid then? How will freelancers on my site will earn money and how will I make profit from the commision?

Funds and withdrawals are automatically handled by the PayPal Adaptive gateway (provides an escrow like service) integrated with HireBee. You can read more about how this process works on the latest HireBee 1.2 release doc.
