Your theme looks great. The additional feature "Blog" and "Advertise" enhance the themes value.
I Have 2 Qs. May I Please?
1. Registration-Fields
A.Can admin add more fields?
B. If not, can you offer a "Specific" "How To" solution?
2. Registration-Approval
A. Is it "Manual" or "Automatic"?
B. If it is "Automatic" can it be assigned as "Manual"?

1a-b. Adding a registration field can be done with a plugin.
2a-b. User Registration is automatically approved. Again there's a plugin that can do just what you want.

You must first get yourself acquainted with Wordpress by visiting their official site http://wordpress.org/ and installing it.
1-2. The plugins are free and available again at the wordpress site.
3. Plugins can easily be installed with just few clicks but again you need to get yourself familiar how wordpress works by using it first.
4. You can find help for basic questions in the forum and there are user you can hire too in the Theme Services section.
