Removing your adverts

Hi. I bought the full package.

It looks great & installed easily, but your adverts are everywhere..top bar, throughout each listing, side bars..
I guess as a general rule one normally expects adverts from the developer in the 'free' version, but not the premium one...is there a simple way to remove all of these adverts, or do we have to go through and work out different ways to remove the adverts from the side bars, top bar, and within the other parts of the site?
