as i understand, resume search for employers is one of the features for jobroller

as admin, could the resume search function be disabled for all employers?

You have the option to disable the job seeker registration type altogether which then means resume information is not entered into the theme and cannot be searched. Or, you can set visibility within the "Resumes" tab of the JobRoller admin dashboard settings: http://demos.appthemes.com/jobroller...?page=settings. There you can set visibility to public, recruiters/job listers, all members, job seekers, or recruiters. Thanks.

i would like to take the 2nd option which is to set the visibility. And just a followup question, how would i be able to limit the resume search to "Administrator" account only?

There is no option within JobRoller to limit the resume search to administrator (only the users I mentioned above), so it would require customization on your part if you were looking to have further changes/restrictions to this. The theme is not encrypted though, so you are fee to make such changes if you wish. Thanks.
