When a certain support request has been answered or the original poster has found a solution we have to close the thread so as not to clutter the forum. It will also be easy for us to track each questions when a new thread is created for each question.
This is a community support so you can simply send a message to the author of that thread to ask for guidance. Others can jive in too with their knowledge in classipress modification.
