    To set up payments, do I need a PayPal Merchant account?

    For the default payment system in Vantage, is it necessary to have a Merchant account?

    Also, do all the payment plug-ins found in the Marketplace page work with Vantage?

    No, you do not need a PayPal Merchant account. Currently yes all the available payment gateway plugins are compatible with Vantage, however you should also double check this by reading the "Requires" field in the sidebar of the marketplace product page which indicates the compatible products. Thanks.
