Single category reviews site focussing on merchant - user private conversation as wel

Hi,

I want to build a property brokers review website. For now only single category, but multiple city.

Users can post concise reviews rate on 3-4 parameters. Other users can flag any review as fraud/spam or say this review they found helpful.

Clicking on any merchant (property consultancy firm) shows all their reviews and consolidated avg rating.
And click on user shows their static info + all the reviews they posted till date.

Search should be available on total content.

Users can ask/suggest to edit info of a merchant (wikipedia style) but everything including reviews etc. is moderated by admin.

Merchants have separate logins and some marker to distinguish them. Merchants can also post replies to user reviews.

1-1 Merchant user private communication is reqd. so that merchant can resolve user complaints. We show number of outstanding complaints vs % of complaints resolved so far. Some ore of such stats next to the merchant. Or when we hover on merchant.

Pls let me know first what all is directly supported as of now and what can be customised by you if possible. Is your theme suitable for my requirement frankly speaking ?

You can certainly look at creating cities as the categories (particularly if it's as specific as you describe), outside of this, the theme doesn't separate listings into locations.
The default rating system in Vantage does not allow multiple parameters, it is one overall rating for the business. There is no flag/report feature.
You can find an example of the Rating functionality on the Vantage demo site here in the "Reviews" tab.
Current Vantage search does not include custom fields.
There is a contact business option on a listing, but not specifically any options to communicate for edits as mentioned.
Businesses require their own login for placing listings, which in turn allows them to edit listings and respond to reviews.
As above, businesses can be contacted directly via the listing.
