    this so scrolled up, theme does no appear in dashboard?

    Firstly, why doesnt app themes say create account with them personally before purchasing any theme.

    Unfortunately I did not create my account with app themes FIRST, and I proceeded to buy classipress theme from your homepage with my discount coupon.

    Now I go and read instructions on how to install and it says " purchase theme from your app theme dashboard" why didnt anyone tell me to create an account with app themes first? So ok i made payment, now I dont know where my theme is to download? it says in my dash board

    You have no active purchases
    Click the Purchase Themes link in the sidebar to purchase a theme."



    Can someone tell me how I can find my theme package?

    The checkout process allows you to register simultaneously at the time of purchase, so it should not have been necessary to register prior to purchasing the theme.

    I believe you may have already emailed us at support, and we have just replied again with information regarding why this has occurred. If that was not you, please send an email with details of your purchase and username and we can assist further. Thanks.
