I am currently looking at purchasing the ClassiPress theme and can't figure out which to buy developer or standard edition. I am trying to figure out what the major differences were and what is the added benefit of receiving the PSD?
The difference between the two is that the Developer Edition comes with the .psd files and the Standard Edition does not. The .psd files may be useful if you or your web designer is likely to redesign the layout of the theme, but if you're sticking with mostly the default template then you probably won't use them.

The last question I had was that once I purchase ClassiPress for one client, I can install it multiple times. Does this mean if I get another client who needs ClassiPress do I need to purchase it again or can I use that download?
If you're purchasing the theme yourself as a developer who is planning to install the theme on multiple websites, then this is fine. You cannot sell the theme itself, but you can sell the websites you have developed using the ClassiPress theme.
yes this is understandable Pepsi but please let me know is there any price difference as well?
I'm pretty sire you know that there is a difference in price amk2010. The price for each license type is specified throughout the AppThemes website. You can find the full list here.

No inconvenience at all, I'm just surprised after all the time you have spent here researching our themes that the price never came up for you before ;)
