    Under which condition can we use free the theme?

    Dear developers, I am writing on behalf of CNAEF(China Non-governmental Aid Education Foundation,non-profit, dedicated to helping children who live in mountainous area with their education), for the possibiliby of using freely your theme.Our website go9999.com,which, once complete, could help tens of thousands of children in need.
