Can I have unique fields for each category?

For instance if I have a category for MD's I would like to have

*type of MD

A category for support groups would have

*certified non-profit

Is this possible in Vantage?

Vantage has a custom form builder which will allow you to create a custom listing form related to the category selected. So yes, what you describe is possible without customization required. Thanks.
