Unique set of Sponsored Ads per category

Say I have 3 categories: A, B, C. And if I add the "CP 125X125 Ads" (sponsored ads widget) to my "page sidebar," when I click on category A, B, and C it seems that each category page has the same sponsored ads on the sidebar.

Is there a way to set unique sponsored ads per category?

For example, if category A was Los Angeles, and category B was New York ... I would like the sponsored ads to be different (LA gets sponsors from the LA area, and New York gets sponsors from the New York area).

Please let me know if it is possible. and if so, how to implement it.

Finally, when I get a sponsor for my website. Is there a way to collect payment from them through the website? Or is that transaction different?
