    upgrade classipress theme 3.1.8 to 3.2.1

    Hi, We have 3.1.8 version classipress.We want to upgrade 3.1.8 version to 3.2.1 version.But problem is we have already account in your site .We don't no password of our account.Please let me know what I do now.
    Please help me it's very urgent.
