You can add whatever custom fields you like in Vantage, as shown on the Vantage admin demo, but of note, there is already a URL field available on the default form. Thanks.

They're for text fields specifically, so if you want a clickable URL you may need to modify the custom field for this purpose. You can find some tips here for information on where to find this data. Thanks.
