Using this on multiple pages

Hi, I was wondering if I can use all the features of this theme on multiple pages that I have on my website. For example, I have a page dedicated to California for all the users from California to use. Like that I have a few more pages from different states. So how can I use this theme on all such pages. I basically want users to put classifieds under a particular page. I hope it makes sense what I'm trying to ask.

The theme itself doesn't separate listings in the way you describe, but you could potentially do this through customization on your part. Some have done this through use of a WordPress multisite setup in conjunction with the customizations. Thanks.
