With Vantage, can users create an account to track activity

Can Vantage be programmed so that regular users can register and create an account, and not just businesses that will be listed in the directory. I need users to have accounts so we can track their behavior and provide incentives for them to visit certain pages.

Registration is open, so anyone can actually register, however whether or not a non-listing user logs in before browsing would be something you'd need to encourage them to do or customize to prompt login. Thanks.
