Vantage Custom Post Types

I'm assuming that Vantage directory listings are built with custom post types. Am I assuming this correctly? The reason I ask is that I will need to modify it a bit and I'm hoping that they are custom post types, rather than just a bunch of custom fields displayed within the single.php file. Please let me know, as this is a major factor in whether or not I will be buying this theme this week. Thanks in advance, I appreciate your attention to my question.

Yes, all of our themes use custom post types :)

THANK GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sweet...I really hate getting a theme only to find out that all of the modifications to what should have been a custom post type are wrapped up in dozens of custom fields and page-template-template-page-post.php's ..lol. Thanks, this answer makes me feel a lot more comfortable with this.
