If your intention is to create a business directory, then Vantage would be the logical choice as it will contain more of the relevant functions. In saying this, there are customers who have made modifications to ClassiPress in order to use it as a directory website as well, so it really comes down to what default features are most important for your project and how much customization is required if you choose one theme over the other.
