The current version available is 3.0.5 and this has only been out a couple of days, so has not been officially announced. All the language files we receive are from customers and others who wish to help, so we post them up when they are received. You don't pay any extra to download these files once you are a customer.
Obviously with the new version being so recent, we haven't yet received other language files, but we are reaching out to past translators to update the files for us. You can still actually use the 3.0.4 translation files with 3.0.5, but there will be some areas not translated with changes made, which is why we have to update the language files when a new version comes out.
