what exactly are the job roller and directory theme going to be?

what are the job roller and directory theme going to be? what are the differences from classipress? how are they going to be different from each other? I'm sure a lot of people like me who are interested in classipress and where going to tweak it the code will interested in these details as it will save me a lot of time and money if i should wait on these themes if they have features that would take some hacking already built into them. Also people might wait and waste time thinking they will be that different and they won't be.

I understand the developer will be updating the theme information page to clarify what these products offer, but I will try and find out more and post back..

Assuming that "job roller" will be a jobs template, I hope that the next 3.1 release of Classipress does not get hobbled so it cannot also be used for a job site.
