What's going on with the pricing structure now AppThemes is GPL?

I've read the blog article AppThemes Embraces GPL and now "those who purchased Personal or Small Business Edition licenses, now can use our themes on as many websites as you like."

Ok, so why would anybody now want to buy the Professional or Ultimate Edition licenses?

    According to the Features page:
Both have .PSD file which appears easily replicable by anybody with Photoshop skills so its not really that important.
The Ultimate licence is Wordpress MU enabled, but as of Wordpress v3.1 "WordPress MU is no longer a separate project" so exactly what does this mean for the Ultimate licence?

Originally I was going to purchase the Professional licence but is there any point if I don't want the PSD file?

The short answer to your question, if you don't want the .psd files, then the small business edition licence should suit your requirements perfectly fine.
