Previously our forums were accessable to everyone, which is why you could be seeing old threads with links that go to other sections of the website. For more recent questions posted since the change to the forums, we now answer them without the need for you to be diverted to sections of the site where guests of the forum cannot access.
There is no secrecy involved. The new system simply enables us to provide better quality support to paying customers, instead of being inundated with support requests from people who have obtained ClassiPress by illegal means.
