Percent of final sale price model?

I would like to charge both a nominal listing fee and a final sales price fee, kind of like eBay but without the auction. I would also like people to be able to submit offers other than the asking price and have all this tracked for the purpose of a final sale price fee. Is this planned for future version, if so how long until it is rolled out, or (more likely) if it's not planned how much would your developers charge for these features to be added exclusively and non-exclusively?

There are no specific plans for this particular price model at this time. It would currently involve customization on your part, and AppThemes does not offer customization services, however we do have a Certified partners page where you can find developers for hire who may be able to quote on such changes.
