As of February 24, 2015, some Marketplace items no longer provide support in the forums. Sellers have the option to provide support on their own site or via a 3rd party application.

How do I know where support is provided for the item I purchased?
Visit the Marketplace item's page and look under the "Support" tab. In addition, if you see the forum and are able to post a new thread, it's the correct way to request support.
How come some items still have a forum setup but I can't post a new thread?
Some sellers left their forum open in read-only mode to help answer FAQs and provide documentation here.

Jobroller-Prima-Blue language translation issues. PLEASE HELP.
Hi,

I am using Jobroller (1.7.4) with Prima-Blue (2.5.2) child theme for this site > http://www.onlikes.de/

As you may notice its a German site and I need to translate jobroller to German. I have followed all the 3 steps mentioned here > http://docs.appthemes.com/tutorials/...anguage-files/. And I am using German language pack of Thomas under version 1.7 from here > http://www.appthemes.com/support/languages/jobroller/. But for some reason none of the translations are working.

I also have tried deactivating the child theme. The translation works fine in that case.

Now I am clueless about what am I missing? Please help. Thanks in advance.
