Prima - A JobRoller Child Theme

    Hi Appthemes Ninja's,

We've just released our first premium child theme for JobRoller entitled Prima.

In this theme we really spruced up the look & feel of JobRoller, and moved away from the default "template" feel we all (or is it just us?) love to hate. In addition, we've paid particular attention to:

    • Using custom fonts throughout (thanks fontsquirrel)
    • Deactivating the search bar on "call-to-action" pages (e.g. login / job submit pages)
    • Developed a new "Full Width" template
    • Styled the "Radius" dropdown menu for a more consistent look
    • Added 4 new widget areas in the footer
    • Moved the main navigation to sit on top of the search bar
    • Reduced clutter by replacing salary, date and company areas with icons
    • Made it look awesome!

We'd love to hear what you think of our child theme - it's about time JR stepped up to the plate, CP has been running away with awesome mods lately.

PS: Oh yes, before I forget, if you're keen to get your hands on a copy - it's available at our dedicated shop.

Hi cdrevenant - Thanks for the kind words. The theme simply changes the look & feel of the default style that's packaged with JobRoller: In other words it's like giving a new face to the same body. And to answer your question, yes - it's very easy to install as it follows the exact same procedure as you would with other themes

Lemme know if there's anything else I can help with

Yep, it should be - although I have to say that I haven't extensively tested it. We've mostly worked on the css files, added a few lines of jquery and moved the search bar around on a few pages. As such the core functionality of the theme, which FXtender use to work its magic, is still very much in place

    No RSS

    Hi
Awesome theme - I will be getting this for my website. Thank you for doing such a great job on it.

    However a few Q:

As JR updates will you update the theme to? If so, will we have to buy again?

Also I have noticed that the RSS is not presented to the user for featured jobs and latest jobs? In the front page.
